If your package is Delivered when It has not been: These packages Usually turn up within 3 Days (Sometimes next day). If your package has been marked DELIVERED and has not been You must file a claim with your local post office for package theft.
We do accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be in original condition, customized pieces that can not be relisted are not eligible for return.
